Is buying from Firstseller safe?
Yes. We've been delivering OSRS services for years and prioritise your account safety above all else. We use carefully selected trade methods, IP-safe mules, and never ask for unnecessary information beyond what's required to fulfil the order.
How long does delivery take?
Gold and item trades are usually completed within 5–10 minutes of payment clearing. Account hand-overs go out the moment payment is verified. Services like skilling, PVM, and quest packages start within an hour and complete on the timeframe quoted on each card.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and the major cryptocurrencies — BTC, ETH, LTC, and stablecoins. Pick whatever's most private and convenient for you at checkout.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Open live chat in the bottom-right of the page. We're staffed 24/7 and most issues are sorted within minutes. If you've already received an order and need a refund or replacement, message us with your order number and we'll handle it.
How is the gold delivered to me?
After checkout we'll DM you in-game or invite you for a face-to-face trade. We confirm your RSN before the trade so the right account receives the gold. The whole exchange takes a couple of minutes.
Is buying gold against the rules?
Jagex's terms officially discourage real-world trading, so we use manual delivery methods and split larger deliveries across multiple worlds when needed. No in-game transaction can be promised as risk-free, so you should avoid suspicious behaviour in-game for 24 hours after delivery.
What if I want to sell my gold?
Hit the Sell tab on the Gold page, enter the amount, and pick a payout method. We'll trade you for the gold in-game and pay out via PayPal, Bank, or Crypto within hours of the trade — usually faster.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — 10M GP minimum for buys, 50M GP minimum for sells. The slider on the gold page enforces this for you.
Are the accounts you sell hand-trained?
Yes. Every account in the catalog is built by our team — no botted XP, no shortcuts. We disclose the build, key unlocks, and bank value on each listing so you know exactly what you're getting.
What does the 30-day free insurance cover?
If the account is recovered or locked by the previous owner within 30 days of purchase — as long as you followed our secure-the-account checklist (set your own email, change the password, enable 2FA) — we'll replace the account with one of equal value or issue a full refund. Take screenshots when you first log in to make claims smoother.
What should I do first after I get the login details?
Before logging into OSRS, visit the official RuneScape site and (1) change the registered email to yours, (2) set a new password, and (3) enable 2-factor authentication. Only after all three are done should you log in to the game. This is what makes the insurance enforceable.
Can you build a custom account for me?
Yes. Open live chat with the build you want — quests done, combat stats, skill milestones, gear in the bank — and we'll quote a price and timeline. Custom builds usually take 1–3 weeks depending on scope.
Do I need to provide my own gear?
Optional. Most boss services have two pricing tiers: bring-your-own-gear or rented gear from us. The Reqs popup on each boss card lists the recommended setup so you can decide before checkout.
Can I keep the rare drops?
Yes — every drop from your service goes to your account. Pets, uniques, valuable common drops, everything. We sell you our time, not your loot.
How does the Iron / HCIM surcharge work?
Ironmen and HCIMs require solo, no-trade methods which take longer per kill. The +10% / +20% / +30% surcharges shown on the mode pills reflect that extra time. The price updates live as you switch modes.
What's the difference between a Megascale and a normal CoX run?
A Megascale is a 30–100 person raid stacking enough damage to drop point counts to a fraction of normal — you walk away with a guaranteed loot roll per scale. Normal CoX is a 1–5 player raid, longer per run, with a lower drop-rate-per-hour but a wider gear-up path.
How is the skilling price calculated?
Every method has a GP/XP rate sourced from our pricing sheet. We multiply by the XP needed for your level range, then convert to USD at the live gold buy rate ($0.30 / 1M). The calculator on the Skilling page shows every applicable method with its own total.
Which method should I pick if multiple are listed?
Cheapest one your account can handle. Lower GP/XP rates usually mean slower XP/hour, so a 1–99 boost on Shipwreck Salvaging is cheaper than the same span done method-by-method but takes longer in real-world hours. If you're not sure, open chat and we'll recommend.
Can you skill on my Hardcore Ironman?
Yes — we offer no-death guarantees on HCIM jobs at the listed +30% surcharge. We hand-pick the safest training method available and you can request progress screenshots at any point.
Will my account be online the whole time?
We complete jobs in sessions with breaks. Total time-on-account is usually 3–8 hours per day depending on the method. You'll always know in advance when we plan to log in and you can pause the job at any time via chat.
Do I need to have the quest requirements before I order?
For most quests we can train any missing stats as part of the order — the calculator surfaces both the quest price and the prereq training, and you can opt-in to a single combined service. For a few quests (e.g. Dragon Slayer II, Monkey Madness II) we need a minimum combat level you can verify in the chat before we accept.
What does the i-button on each quest show?
Requirements: skills, prerequisite quests, suggested combat level, items to have in the bank, and any quest-specific notes. Always check before ordering so the price doesn't change after we start.
How long does a quest cape take?
Depending on starting stats, anywhere from 3–10 days. We schedule larger quests for off-peak hours so the account isn't visibly online during your normal play time.
Can you do quests for HCIM accounts?
Yes. Quests that require combat carry the HCIM surcharge and we add an extra safety layer (prayer flicking, max stay-alive gear, manual play) at no additional cost.
Will I get the unique rewards from minigames?
Yes — all rewards earned during the service go to your account: graceful, infinity, fighter torso, dragon defender, pets, every cosmetic, every rare unique.
What if a minigame requires a specific quest I don't have?
Open chat with the minigame you want and we'll quote either (a) the minigame at the listed price assuming you have the prereqs, or (b) a combined package that does the prereq quest first. The combined price is always cheaper than ordering them separately.
How do Barbarian Assault role unlocks work?
BA Level 5 Role is a single role unlock (Attacker, Defender, Collector, or Healer). BA Level 5 All Roles unlocks every role and is the prerequisite for the Fighter Torso reward.
Are the Hallowed Sepulchre prices for a one-off or unlock?
Dark Graceful and Dark Acorn are full reward-set unlocks — we run the Sepulchre until the cosmetic is yours. Hallowed Marks (x100) is per-100-marks if you want to top up an existing balance for the rewards shop.
Do I need any quests done for a diary tier?
Most diary tasks require specific quests. Click the i on each diary tier to see the full task list and prerequisites. We do most of the quests as part of the diary service if you don't already have them, and we'll quote the total upfront.
How long does a full diary cape take?
Achievement Diary cape (all Elite tiers) generally takes 5–10 days depending on starting stats and quest progress. The diary cape itself is unlocked from Twiggy O'Korn in Draynor once all Elites are done.
Can you do diaries on Hardcore Ironman?
Yes — we hand-play every diary task on HCIM accounts. Same +30% surcharge as our other HCIM services, no death guarantee.
Do you complete CAs solo or do I help?
Solo by default — we log into your account and clear every CA in the chosen tier. If you'd prefer to team up (e.g. group raid CAs), open chat and we'll arrange a co-op session at a discount.
What does the View All Tasks button do?
It opens a modal listing every Combat Achievement in the tier (Easy / Medium / Hard / Elite / Master / Grandmaster) along with the per-task add-to-cart option — perfect if you only need 3–4 specific tasks rather than the whole tier.
Can you do Grandmaster CAs without a Twisted Bow?
Most Grandmaster tasks technically can be done without a TBow, but the time required goes up sharply. We'll quote a higher price for no-TBow runs and an alternate gear plan; you can also rent a TBow from us for the duration.
What is the Ironman Gathering service?
We log into your Ironman account and farm specific items (uniques, supplies, materials) that are otherwise tradable-locked. Each tile lists exactly what you'll get.
Will I lose Ironman status?
No. We never trade items in or out of the account — we only play the account to gather the listed items legitimately. Ironman and HCIM status are preserved.
Are HCIM gathering jobs guaranteed death-free?
Yes — we accept the +30% HCIM surcharge specifically to fund max-safety play (no risky combat, prayer flicks, food buffers). If we die on your HCIM account during the job, we refund the order in full.
How are item prices calculated?
We pull the live OSRS Wiki Grand Exchange price for each item and multiply by our gold buy rate ($0.30 / 1M). Prices refresh whenever the catalog is rebuilt — usually weekly or after big market swings.
How is a Barrows set priced?
We sum the live GE prices for all four pieces of the set (helm/hood + body/robetop + legs/skirt + weapon) and convert to USD. You get every piece traded to your character.
Are bonds redeemed instantly?
We trade you the bond and you redeem it in-game on your own account. Redeeming a bond grants membership immediately. We can guide you through it on chat if it's your first bond.
